In the last few weeks our CEO, C.J. Smith, has been testing a number of customer relationship management (CRM) systems for internal use and wanted to share her initial thoughts on Hubspot and why it is total love at first sight.
When we asked to pick 3 things that she loves about Hubspot, this is what she had to say:
1. Easy setup. The system is just easy to setup and configure. Custom workflows take a little more work but you can definitely get out of the box usability in just a few clicks. Although we setup client CRM's, I like to recommend systems that they CAN manage if they wanted to in the future.
2. Clean interface. The platform is just clean! I love a nice fresh user interface. There is nothing better.
3. Email integration. Hubspot brings your inboxes, emails, appointments, tasks, and more into one system and even into one view. I mean it's amazing. It's also very affordable as most of the basic features are available in the free version.
There are tons of CRM's that offer great features and that we work in every day for our clients. Some that come to mind include Insightly, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive. Selecting a CRM boils down to what system best meets your business needs.
